How have I been approaching the Throne of Grace? Do I do so understanding who I am in Christ Jesus? Do I show reverence and focus my mind on Him? Do I check my heart? Do I come with worship or with my shopping list? When God speaks, do I listen? Have I responded fully to what I have been hearing or has my obedience been delayed? Let’s check ourselves and recognise there is a Throne of Grace that we have access to, but let’s approach it in the right way – prepared, knowing that we will obtain mercy and find grace to help us at all times. Amen.
